David Norton Consulting, Inc. provides Oracle ERP/EBS consulting, implementation, systems analysis, and related
technical and support services to business clients under separately agreed statements of work or service agreements.
These website Terms govern use of the website itself; a specific client engagement is governed by that engagement’s
signed agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only, and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage,
or impair our services or systems.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

page. Where SMS-specific terms and these Terms overlap, the SMS-specific terms govern SMS communications.

5. Payment & Billing

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their applicable service agreement or invoices. Late payments may result
in suspension of services, as set out in the applicable agreement.

6. Confidentiality & Data Handling

We handle client data, including data accessed during consulting and support engagements, under our AI Data Handling
Policy and the confidentiality terms of the applicable client agreement. See our

7. Limitation of Liability

David Norton Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use
of this website. Liability arising from a specific client engagement is governed by that engagement’s signed agreement.

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of David Norton Consulting, Inc. or its
licensors, unless otherwise stated.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
