David Norton first gained experience with Oracle Enterprise Resources Planning software through the United States Airforce at the Air Force Personnel Center Headquarters. In 1996 he became a staff consultant with Oracle Government Services. In 1997 he formed his first consulting firm, Implementation Consulting, Inc., and provided independent services for customers implementing Oracle’s Human Resources suite of products.
David’s company partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers, UNISYS, CIBER, Oracle, IBM, and others major consulting firms before working directly with customers such as the Jacksonville Electric Authority, the City of Jacksonville.
In 2007, David Norton formed AnDav Consulting, Inc. to provide services to commercial, government, and utilities industry customers throughout the United States running Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud Products as an Oracle Gold Partner.
In 2021, the company was rebranded as David Norton Consulting, Inc. and continues provided these services focusing on supporting customers with EBS production support and upgrade, as well as becoming an Oracle Cloud Partner.
As an Oracle Cloud Partner, David Norton Consulting, Inc., has expanded its services to provide managed services and on-demand cloud computing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities to customer.
