David Norton Consulting, Inc. is an Oracle E-Business Suite consultancy based in Camden, Maine, with two divisions: Oracle EBS consulting and support, and DN Digital, our web hosting, WordPress and digital strategy division. With over 30 years of experience, we help HR, payroll and finance teams keep their Oracle systems reliable, supported and current, and help organizations get more from the software they already own.

We are experts in Oracle eBusiness Suite software, with a particular focus on Human Capital, Financial, and Supply Chain Management. We also provide end-to-end support and managed services for web and email server management, all within a robust and flexible cloud environment. Additionally, by leveraging the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, we’re able to seamlessly offer a wide range of solutions, including cloud-native applications, databases, and cutting-edge tools for data analytics, AI, and machine learning. Our Story

David Norton first gained experience with Oracle Enterprise Resources Planning software through the United States Airforce at the Air Force Personnel Center Headquarters. In 1996 he became a staff consultant with Oracle Government Services. In 1997 he formed his first consulting firm, Implementation Consulting, Inc., and provided independent services for customers implementing Oracle’s Human Resources suite of products.
David’s company partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers, UNISYS, CIBER, Oracle, IBM, and others major consulting firms before working directly with customers such as the Jacksonville Electric Authority, the City of Jacksonville.

In 2007, David Norton formed his consulting firm to provide services to commercial, government, and utilities industry customers throughout the United States running Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud products.
Today, David Norton Consulting, Inc. continues to provide these services, focusing on EBS production support and upgrades, and on Oracle Cloud.
David Norton Consulting, Inc. has expanded its services to provide managed services and on-demand cloud computing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities to customers.
